Return Policy

Return Policy for ONLINE purchases:

ALL RETURNS - We accept clothes for returns within 14 calendar days in which you received your order. Refunds will be issued as a store credit.  Returns must be received in new condition: unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be refused. 

All sales purchased on sale/clearance are final. Final sale items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. 

Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s). Please note the tracking number from the label. 

Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your package is received please allow 3-5 business days for return processing. When your return is processed you will notified.

DAMAGES

If you believe you have received defective merchandise or were shipped incorrect items, please contact us within 3 days of receiving merchandise or items cannot be returned.
